Processing Time

All of our custom hoodies are made-to-order to ensure the best quality and fit for your major. Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process and create. Please allow additional time during busy periods (like back-to-school season or holidays).

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, shipping will 1-2 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on weather, holidays, or carrier delays. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your order every step of the way!

Shipping Costs

Orders Delivered on Campus: Shipping is free on orders within PSUT campus.
Orders Within Amman: Shipping is 1-2 JD within Amman.
Orders Outside Amman: Shipping is 2-3 JD’s outside Amman.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you get your hoodie as quickly as possible.
